Carefully selected 20- and 30-year-old Canadian whiskey barrel picks unite with rare Spanish Palo Cortado and Manzanilla sherry casks, shaped by centuries-old traditions and the culture and climate of the Iberian Peninsula. Months of slow proofing bring it all together for an uncommonly smooth finish.

Distinctive Tasting Notes

Gentle floral forest floor violets greet the nose. Concord grape, charred fig, and candied plum emerge on the first sip. Lightly roasted marshmallow, caramel, and walnut finish ever so very gently.
