Brown Gin

We are guilty as charged, finding ourselves staring at a cacophony of barrels. Whether rum, cabernet, sherry, or other hand-hewn specialty barrels, we end up with a bunch, and we love what they’ve given us.  Heck, we even age-proof water in barrels. So, we had to give it a try with our gins. We can’t really come up with clear guidance on what the taste of each is like because we change it up regularly based on the casks we think make a wacky and lovely spirit. We promise to reveal on each bottle of brown gin what’s inside, but you may have to use your library glasses to read it. We do promise to only release the delicious ones, though.
