Sourced from Canada, known for its strict production regulations, this expression brings together carefully selected 25- and 30-year-old Canadian whiskies distilled on either side of the turn of the century. Aging through cold winters and warm summers brings out a lighter, smoother character. Slow-proofed to perfection, Tourbillon is uncommonly smooth and designed to be enjoyed neat.
